Requirement for Approval

  • Colored Copy of Driver’s License for ALL principals of the company AND any representatives gaining access to your billing site with IPpay (you could take a pic and text to my number below if easier)

  • Articles of organization/incorporation (not applicable to sole prop)

  • Operating agreement for LLC

  • Utility bill or lease at the physical address for the business

  • 3 months of credit card and ACH processing (if applicable)

  • 3 months bank statements (if business account is not that old, they would need to see a personal or savings account history for any difference in months)

  • Voided check or bank letter if check not available Check with printed business name (NOT TEMP). If no check, a bank letter on bank letterhead, with business name of account, routing and account numbers, SIGNED by bank personnel with contact phone number and signature.

  • Documents completed – Application sent/sending over via DocuSign

    • Website compliance – card association and underwriting bank requirement, to meet the new card association compliance standards:

      • Terms & conditions and privacy policy posted in compliance on your website (templates attached to assist in WORD format meeting this new compliance for modifying to best suit your business)
